Born in Mexico, his professional background includes a degree in humanistic psychology, a master's degree and doctorate in Gestalt psychotherapy, and a master's in addictions and eating disorders from San Antonio Texas College. He has presented at international conferences on various mental health topics and serves as a clinical supervisor for Gestalt psychotherapists across Latin America.
